Virtium’s Galent® Industrial BGA SSDs
Virtium’s Galent® BGA SSD product is an ideal universal storage solution for many electronic devices which require robust performance and very small form factor including LEO cube satellite, UAV/drone/automated mobile robot (AMR), VPX module, rugged tablet and smartphones, industrial digital cameras and recorders, digital TVs and set-top boxes. BGA SSDs enclose the 3D-TLC NAND and controller inside as one package, providing a standard PCIe interface to the host. The BGA SSD directly manages NAND flash, including ECC, wear-leveling, IOPS optimization and read sensing.
