The Virtium TuffDrive CFast Product Series is an industrial temperature -40°C to +85°C SLC Nand Flash solution that is designed to provide rugged storage for single board computers and industrial systems optimized for high reliability, long product life and consistent supplier support.

The CFast Series is designed to replace existing rotating media and Compact Flash in applications requiring long life endurance, small form factor and the ability to withstand shock, vibration, high altitude and temperature fluctuations. The CFast allows for easy field upgrades in a rugged and secure form factor and is available in a broad range of densities from 4GB to 32GB and features speeds up to 110MB/s read and 70MB/s write. The S.M.A.R.T. command support, Flash Wear Leveling, Write protection, and power cycling features enhance the overall performance of the product over its lifetime. Virtium is proud to support customers with direct configuration control and advanced change notification support for all industrial flash solutions.
