DDR3 ECC Unbuffered SO-UDIMMs optimized for Intel’s next generation Sandy Bridge Platforms
In anticipation of Intel’s Sandy Bridge Platforms, Virtium is offering SO-UDIMM DDR3 1600 to key customers in the industrial single board computer markets. With data rate up to 1600MT/s, Virtium’s DDR3 ECC Unbuffered SO-UDIMM are well suited for embedded electronics and communications that are designed on Intel platforms such as Nehalem, Westmere and now the Sandy Bridge Platform. Virtium’s DDR3 SO-UDIMM and DDR3 VLP SO-UDIMM are the industry leading products in small form factor, high performance with low Thermal Design Power. Designers can be assured that Virtium’s Unb-DIMM ECC and SO-DIMM DDR3 are scalable as well as fully compatible with Freescale processors.
