8GB DDR2 ECC SO-RDIMMs with thermal sensor are now available from Virtium. These high density SODIMMs meet JEDEC standards for module thickness and are based on monolithic DRAM components for improved reliability.

DDR2 DIMMs
Virtium will continue to mass produce DDR2 modules as most memory vendors begin shifting their memory module focus to DDR3. Virtium will continue to offer good availability with short lead times for DDR2 2GB Mini-RIMMs, 2GB VLP Mini-RDIMMs and 1G VLP RDIMMs. For example, certain Micron PN’s are cross-referenced to Virtium PN’s as shown below:
