TEST/PRODUCT ENGINEER
We are seeking a talented Test/Product Engineer who enjoys challenging responsibilities in our modern office and manufacturing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop test plan for memory modules, flash memory products including test instruction, customer requirements, risk assessments, gate reviews, schedules, report updates, etc.
Implement test plan effectively at all levels to ensure outgoing designed products meet the reliability and quality goals.
Support engineering and manufacturing teams, create and manage test data collection process/system to minimize product infant failures and improve field reliability
Perform and analyze product failure analysis to root cause level, write failure analysis reports, interface with customers to resolve failures in timely manner, follow through failure analysis with corrective action plan
Create and maintain RMA process/system , monitor data collection closely and report product reliability trends
Participate in the company quality council teams to report product reliability measurements
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS
B.S. or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years direct related industry experience with a strong focus on memory module, flash memory testing
Hands-on experience in developing/implementing test plan for memory modules, flash memory products testing
Excellent written and oral communication skills to write technical reports and interface with customers
Exceptional external and internal customer service skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Familiarity with ISO9001 and AS9100 quality systems would be beneficial
