Tim O’Leary, Directory of Quality

With more than 25 years of experience in Integrated Circuit Manufacturing, Tim O’Leary brings a strong depth of process engineering knowledge and critical problem solving skills to the team at Virtium. His work as a key process engineer and manager with multiple high-technology manufacturing companies across virtually all areas of IC manufacturing, has allowed Virtium to take an active lead in controlling suppliers’ component chip and PCB board quality levels to exceed the high standards expected by Virtium customers.

Tim officially moved into the Quality and Reliability arena in 2001 as a result of his high focus on detail, quick responsiveness, and strong customer communication skills. During his Quality tenure, he has lead three companies from ground zero to full ISO 9001 certification. Tim is a certified ISO 9001 trainer as well as a certified AS9100 and TS16949 auditor, however he believes his greatest asset is maintaining customer satisfaction with a combination of exceptional technical problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
